KS517 is a modern ao dai that blends Asian tradition with a modern spirit. The combination of sparkling metallic lace and premium Suzhou silk creates a luxurious, soft look full of presence, helping you stand out on special occasions.

Validity period

KHIẾT supports product exchanges within 72 hours of the time you receive your order.

To protect your rights and receive quick support, please record a video as you unbox your order. KHIẾT also films the entire packing process for every order — this is an important basis for KHIẾT to check and handle cases accurately and transparently.

Conditions

Eligible channels: purchases in store, on Facebook, Instagram, Zalo and the website. Orders placed on e-commerce marketplaces follow the marketplace's own policy.

Products are accepted for exchange when they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Tags and labels intact
  • Unused and unwashed
  • Not soiled, smelly, torn, damaged or misshapen
  • With purchase invoice / order number
  • With an unboxing video

Exchange policy

KHIẾT supports exchanges in these cases: size exchange or exchange for a different style.

Exchange principles:

  • You pay the price difference (if any).
  • Price differences are not refunded under any circumstances. If there is a difference, you will receive a voucher of equivalent value to use on your next order within 30 days.

If your size or style is sold out: KHIẾT will help you exchange for another suitable item, or issue a voucher of equivalent value to use on your next purchase (valid for 30 days).

Refund policy

  • For standard exchange requests, KHIẾT offers an exchange or a voucher of equivalent value in place of a cash refund.
  • If the issue is an error on KHIẾT's side and no suitable item is available for exchange, or your order has been paid but KHIẾT cannot supply the item (sold out, or order cancelled by KHIẾT): you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid by bank transfer within 7 business days of confirmation.

Items not eligible for exchange

  • Items from sale / promotional programs
  • Underwear or other personal items
  • Made-to-order or specially altered items
  • Items that have been worn or are no longer in their original condition

Shipping costs

  • If the error is on KHIẾT's side: KHIẾT covers 100% of the shipping cost.
  • If you exchange for personal reasons: you pay a flat shipping fee of 25,000đ per order.

Exchange process

  1. 01Contact KHIẾT customer care using the details on the card in your package within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  2. 02Provide your order number and photos of the item.
  3. 03KHIẾT will confirm within 24 hours.
  4. 04Send the item back following our instructions, or receive in-person exchange support.
